A Heritage of Precision in Sindoro-Sumbing Coffee Processing Since 1970
For more than five decades we have served as a pillar of the Indonesian green coffee supply chain, connecting the richness of Temanggung’s volcanic soil with the strict standards of national industry and global importers.
Half a Century Safeguarding the Integrity of the Volcanic Coffee Supply Chain
Founded in the 1970s along the volcanic slopes of Mount Sindoro and Sumbing, PT. Alam Sindoro Sumbing began with a simple commitment: to ensure every bean picked by Temanggung farmers is met with the most disciplined processing quality.
From a close partnership with local coffee farming groups in Temanggung, we grew into an integrated corporate-scale green bean processing plant. We understand the character of mineral-rich volcanic andosol soil and the cool microclimate typical of 800 to 1,800 masl.
We uphold commitments to transparency, precise delivery schedules (on-time delivery), standardised stable moisture content (11–12%), and consistent physical bean sorting to protect the integrity of national partner roasteries and export containers.
“Core Values: Supply Integrity, Origin Traceability, and Physical Sorting Precision.”
Sorted green beans are stored using a double-barrier system: natural jute sacks lined with an airtight liner to prevent moisture fluctuation during maritime transit and warehousing.
Accredited Coffee Export Legality
Officially registered with the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia as a Registered Coffee Exporter (ET-Kopi), with complete quarantine and phytosanitary testing.
Board of Leadership & Executive Desk
Decades of leadership dedication to the stability of national and global coffee supply chains and trade.
Mashudi
A visionary leader with decades of experience in upstream and downstream coffee agribusiness, safeguarding supply stability and strategic relationships with manufacturing industry partners. He has nurtured direct ties with hundreds of Temanggung farmer groups since the company’s early decade.
Mujib A. Fillah
Directing integrated plant operations, modernising the post-harvest machinery fleet, expanding B2B partnerships, and the import-export trade desk. Responsible for sensory laboratory standardisation and large-volume contracts with the national coffee industry.
Machine Arsenal & Integrated Plant Facilities
Independent processing infrastructure in Temanggung that guarantees minimal defect tolerance and precise physical specifications.
Dry Huller & Wet Huller Machines
High-precision removal of parchment and wet cherry without damaging the bean embryo. Engineered to prevent internal bean cracking (chipped beans) at high speed.
High-Capacity Drying Oven Machine
Holds moisture content stable (11–12%) uniformly without depending on mountain weather anomalies. Uses clean indirect combustion to prevent smoke aroma contamination.
Multi-Deck Vibrating Mixer & Sifter Machine
Ensures uniform screen size (8 mm large bean through to medium screen 16–18). The harmonic vibration system guarantees precise physical calibration for industrial automatic roasting machines.
Sutton Gravity Separator & Catador
An advanced pneumatic bean density separator that automatically removes hollow, immature, and foreign material to deliver a zero defect tolerance standard.
Insulated Export-Standard Storage Warehouse
A controlled-ventilation space with ISPM-15 standard wooden pallet bases and jute sack plus GrainPro® hermetic liner packaging protection. Equipped with air humidity monitoring (RH < 65%) and regular pest control free of harmful chemical residue.
Annual Supply & Distribution Capacity (2,400+ Tons/Year)
A guaranteed annual quota allocation for instant coffee manufacturing, commercial roasteries, and specialty roasters.
Total 1,800 Tons / Year
Harvested at 600–900 masl on the Sindoro-Sumbing slopes. Renowned for full body, distinctive chocolate-spice aroma, and stable caffeine content for industrial extraction.
